Job Summary:

Dohnut Farms is seeking a motivated Sales Team Manager to build and lead their own network of successful sales teams. This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can creatively recruit new team members and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales of our high-value products. The primary goal is to generate significant sales through innovative marketing methods.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative strategies for recruiting and building your own sales teams.

Motivate and guide your team members to achieve their sales goals.

Promote and educate on the use of the Dohnut Farms website referral program, which utilizes cookie tracking to attribute sales.

Employ various marketing methods to generate sales, with a focus on strategies that work best for you and your team.

Qualifications:

Strong skills in digital marketing or a strong drive to create offline marketing materials such as QR codes on business cards to promote your referral link.

Experience or a strong aptitude for building and leading teams.

Excellent communication and motivational skills.

A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

Direct Pay: Receive 10% commission on every sale you generate, paid directly to you via PayPal on the same day the sale occurs.

Team Sales Commission: Earn additional income from the sales generated by the teams you build. With products valued at nearly a million dollars, the commission potential per sale is substantial.
